Elegant and complex wine, made from overripe grapes of the Šipon variety, picked in late Autumn 2021. For 18 months, the wine has matured in a large oak barrel, which gave it additional depth and sophisticated structure. Full and rich body, characteristic of late harvest, is accompanied by notes of ripe fruit and subtle oak base.
Their vineyards are located just near Jeruzalem, at the picturesque Pavlovski vrh. The location of their vineyards is one of the best in the world for white wines, with Jeruzalem belonging to the best three percent. Their cellar has the capacity of 25.000 liters, providing wines from the grapes that grow on marly soil under the watchful eyes of winemaking tradition and love for nature. They take special pride in their late harvest, choice harvest and dry berry selection wines.
