In Beročka's first album Ljubav se ne trži ( Love is not for sale) three neighboring regions are connected through song: Prlekija, Prekmurje and Medžimurje. With their performances Marinka Prelog and Selma franov have won the hearts of audiences on numerous stages, while the professional jury was convincingly impressed at the last year's national finale of folklore performers and awarded Beročka the first place. Recently Selma and Marinka successfully performed at the finale of the Medžimurje popular song contest the "Medžimurska popevka" in Croatia. Beročka's activities, under the auspices of the Herbija Prlekija Institute, are currently focused on recording and publishing of the second album of folk songs.
