Timon Grabovac created and conducted his first quiz in Ormož in 2019. It was one of the first events of this kind in Slovenia. Since then, he organized more than 100 quizzes that always attract and amuse the participants. Of course, knowledge is important, but – as biggest fans will tell you – some logical thinking, reasoning and a bit of luck can also bring you to the right answer.
At Grossmann Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Comics Festival, we have, together with Timon, prepared a special comic book quiz. Participation is free and the questions surely won’t be too hard for sci-fi and comic fans. Quiz will consist of 40 questions, divided in two blocks. Competition takes place between teams with up to five members. The foremost aim of the event is to have fun in relaxed atmosphere and with interesting questions. The best teams receive wonderful awards, while second-to-last team also receives a consolation prize.
In the pause after first part of quiz, the lecture will take a look at the career an artistic development of the man who made a revolution in visual display of fantasy and established canons that gave birth to countless imitations. In the second part of the quiz, there will be two questions concerning the theme of lecture.
